"We�ll find them all! We�ll peek and pry!"
Chias ran and hid. Big, small, and runt.
Today was the day of the Lupe's Chia hunt!

Lupes of all shapes, colors, and sizes,
Went out with the notion to win lots of prizes.
The one who brought back
The most Chias, you see,
Would be awarded a big shiny trophy.

So they were off. Hunting and running.
Chasing Chias on this day most sunny.
Most Chias got away, but some were caught,
The ones that were caught were most distraught.

But wait! What�s this? The disaster reeking,
Has stopped because the bells are creaking.
They will now crown the winner!
This Lupe has avoided
The Chias that are thinner!

This Lupe is wise, this Lupe is strong,
And this Lupe is never wrong!
This Lupe is great, this Lupe is fine!
I know this... 'cause this Lupe is mine!

As the chill wind picked up around me
I looked down upon
The crisp white snow around my feet
Somewhere in the distance
An announcer spoke my name
A single thought flashed across my head
My eyes became shiny obsidians
"This is what I was born to do"
And with that, I pushed off into the open
Flying down at tremendous speeds
Then it all stopped
It was just me, the mountain,
The snow, and nature
And I was about to conquor it
I leaped into into the air and spun
With the wind guiding me in the air
And the earth on the ground
I knew I could not lose
I knew I had won
I knew that the real victory
Was not in the score
But in the love of the sport
And love of the gift
That nature had given us

I don't understand!
As frocks and shirts rustle,
Something's up in Neopets land!

There's Myncis and owners,
And Cybunnys too!
No room for moaners,
And no room for flu!

Pets looking their best,
Groomed and turned out,
Another badge on the chest,
No running about!

Now I know,
Now it's all clear,
A seat in the front row,
Not stuck in the rear!

For today is the contest,
That beats them all!
Beauty means pets at their best,
Or a terrible fall!

But I haven't quite got it,
Something's not right,
Pets in their best kit,
But two of the owners
Are having a fight!

I enter Neopia and look at the news,
There's a new Gourmet Club open,
Another contest that I'll lose!

I guess I could see what it's all about,
So as I read more about this place, I wonder,
Could this be the contest for me,
I do have a doubt!

You must eat exquisite foods,
And if you do, a trophy you'll get.
But the people who do this are awfully rude!

I decide to take a look around the place,
And I'm greeted by a Quiggle,
Who's dressed in black and has a solemn face.

I find out that to win this thing,
Foods with rarities of 90-100,
You must eat to be the king!

Shopping for anything gourmet,
I find out something very shocking.
And for this reason I'm not going to play.

Oh, why, oh, why do gourmet foods
Have to cost so much?
