It only occurs once a year.
Tempted are those to eat the fruit
That magically appear.

Also known as 'good good day,'
This festival does grow.
Every year more Neopians
End up having to go.

Join a hand and let's begin
To start the celebration.
Eating, buying, and selling the fruits
Created with your imagination.

Orange Rambus, Rangamelon,
Purblare and Nurako,
Tangella, Furanga Fruit,
Passionberry, Chomato.
Qando Fruit, Queela Fruit,
An Elppa, just an ounce,
Harffel Fruit, Tangleberry,
And others I can't pronounce.

All edible and delicious,
Just to name a few.
Mix and match them together
To make an exciting fruit stew.

There is one and only question,
To stock up or to sell.
Eating a RETIRED fruit,
Might cause you to feel unwell.

You might need some extra cash,
So trade in your jewels and lockets.
The Tiki Tack Man has the right idea,
He seems to be stuffing his pockets.

The newest and freshest fruits
Are going to hit the stands.
So don't delay, don't hesitate,
Get them while you can!

Gadgadsbogen Coming

I am in my home
On 212 Fruity Lane,
knowing that next week
will not be the same.

The preparations have started,
The Investors rush in,
For the coming of March
Means it's Gadgadsbogen.

Who knows what fruits
Will emerge from the dirt?
Cinto Pango will tell us;
It's his his job to alert.

The feuds and fights
That once ruled our mind
Are for the moment forgotten
During Gadgadsbogen time.

A harvest of renewal;
The whole island will play;
Let peace rule the island,
And have a very "good good day."

A Gadgadsbogen Harvest

Season falls with rising sun,
Alights the fields of green.
Dappled colors, fruits anew,
All merge to tropic scene.

One by one we march in line,
Our buckets clutched in hand.
Through the Island's jungle jade,
Across the warming sand.

To where exotic bounty lies,
A spread of luscious fruit.
All compete for freshest prize,
To take home rarest loot.

Each year brings wonders, never seen,
A fruit brand new, and rare.
Honor waits for they who find,
The new treats hidden there.

Nestled in the shady leaves
Are fruits of every type.
Each near bursting with flavor,
The bounty fresh and ripe.

Sphere of crimson, flecked with gold,
Or cubes of darkest blue.
Some fruits yet to bear a name,
Shall make their first debut.

As sunset shadows island's shape,
So ends the day's pursuit.
A festival is held that night
To welcome tropic fruit!

Long has this legend lived on Mystery Isle
Of trickster Llugh who ran against the sun
He betted he could beat it by a mile
And so by evening's coming he had won

Though the race by itself was but a bet
He did a kind act with good hearted mirth
He shared his food with someone he'd met
Who was, in fact, a fay of the Earth

She gave him seeds to spread over the ground
As he made his return back to his home
He did as she asked and soon all around
New fruits had risen from the Isle's rich loam

And that's the story of why we all say
To you a happy Gadgadsbogen Day!
