Sunrise shifts the color of the skies;
The pink and blue hues calmly foretell
A peaceful Zafara Day on the horizon,
Tranquil like the softness of pastels.

The UC Halloween Zafara,
Creepier than Thade,
Shall drain morale, all hopes left scarred—
It shall intimidate.
Alas, I’ve never heard of one
Severely void of soul
More so than Zaf. Destroying sun,
Its rampage takes a toll.

Its eyes so glowing paralyze
The bravest warriors.
Pure fright consumes them. Dark demise
Will petrify for sure.
Once turned to stone, each fur upright,
They tremble on their knees.
They brace themselves. Zafara’s bite
Shall cause them agony.

Its bones emit such creepy chill—
They’re colder than the snow
Stampeding o’er the frigid hills
Where few have dared to go.
The raging blizzard met its match
When eons past occurred.
To souls the savage cold will latch
Like leeches, undeterred.

The cape shall rage o’er wind of storms
So ominous and cold.
The beast’s air, taking frigid form,
Creates the cape’s vast folds.
Zaf leaps o’er shadows with more stealth
Than ninjas full of might.
The brute will surely drain your health—
It’s quite the parasite.

The pose of Unconverted Zaf
Brings malice so unique.
The virus slices voids so black;
Some refuge pets will seek.
Oh, any shelter has to serve
When terror of the night
Shall heighten fear within all nerves—
Black holes consume the light.

Oh, pure misfortune shall befall
The one who crosses paths
With fate so grim. The victim bawls,
Succumbing to the Zaf.
Avoid its evil at all costs,
Or else your precious soul
Shall end up drained, your future lost.
The acid burns a hole.

Ziggy the Zafara was very fast,
he could outrun everyone he ever met.
If you wanted to gamble on a race,
he is who would get your bet.

Ziggy was undefeated,
in every race her ever ran.
He never had a strategy,
or even a plan.

Zafara Day was Ziggy’s favorite,
day of the entire year.
There was a huge Zafara only race,
and the thought of winning filled Ziggy with cheer.

This year was unique,
very special it was.
This year there was a special prize,
for the first-place winner just because.

The prize was a dip,
in the Rainbow Fountain for any color at all.
It was Ziggy’s dream to be painted candy,
