Two empty eyes and mouth
As features smile creepily

For one more test there is
You hold out your hand
As the Wraith Korbat shakes
Both drag themselves to stand

A friend you've made
He flies into the shining sky
As you're left behind with 
Only memories of the guy

Those Shenkuu mountains that I know

The bright light fades behind the clouds
That surround this land of which I am proud

The orange sky soon turns to murk
As the wise old Gnorbu goes to work

As the fauna rest their cute little heads
The citizens head inside for their beds

The warriors put their weapons away
And end their training for the day

The nighttime creatures begin to roam
In this beautiful land that I call my home

And I look at the night sky and now I can see
There is no other place that I'd rather be

Pink And Squishy

The spore glows, alight
Floating on a dry space wind
A speck, aloft
To settle down on a rock

A meteor, if you must know
This little spore landed here
Perhaps it will grow
On this barren hunk of meteor

The little glowing speck of dust
Seeded now onto you
It has tentacles, if you must know
Latched on, watch it grow

What is it, you may inquire
Pink and squishy and all aglow
I will tell you, if you so desire
A tiny space fungus spore

Yes, an infant space fungus -- a spore
Be thankful you only got one
For spores grow and there may be more
Where did you think they came from?

Give it water, watch it thrive
Space fungi are awfully hardy
No matter what you do, it's still alive!
And rapidly changing -- no longer a spore

Pink and squishy with three yellow eyes
It's young right now -- they can get humongous
But that won't be for a very long time

Stamp Collecting

I could collect avatars, cards, 
Or Neohome lamps
But I just discovered that I 
Can also collect stamps.
There is nothing that I would rather do
Than go to the Post Office 
And see what is new.

The Chunk of Meat- I've already got that
And the Golden Khamette 
And the Tyrannian Korbat.
Advisor Wessle -- is that in my stamp book?
Let me go through my album 
And take a quick look.

I love the Snowy Valley stamps 
Though I don't have many
And the Mystery Island stamps; 
Of them I have plenty.
I only have three stamps from Virtupets
But I don't have ANY from Qasala yet.

While I look though my stamps, I am seeing
That I collected more 
Than the average Neopian.
But there are still so many 
That are left unchecked
There must be dozens of stamps 
I have to still collect.

And whenever I view my lookup 
I can surely see
That the number of stamps 
I've collected is now 43.
I hope to expand my collection, 
I hope to have much more
And hopefully when tomorrow ends, 
I will have 44.
