I'm pretty sure by now you know NeoHome Gardens are the biggest NeoHome Upgrade
since the Add Furniture option. But, I'm one Neopian who has dwelled on this

when are we going to HAVE PARTIES? And what are they going to be like? Knowing
the greedy no matter what sort I am, I'm out to figure what they are, and what
items are going to be beneficial and increase in value. And how am I going to
sort it out? By guesswork.
The 3 Assumed Steps to having a Party:
1. Click the Party Button and name your party, give times, descriptions,
who's invited and who's not, or if it's an open house. Pay a few NP.
2. On Party Day you NeoPets will do all the work, and you may get presents.
You can check the status of the party by clicking the Party Button. Who showed
up, who didn't, etc.
3. Clean Up after all the Pizza and Cake, open presents. Give out thank-you
cards... AS IF!
The 3 Assumed Steps to getting invited to a Party:
1. Get invited by Neomail or read an Ad for an Open House.
2. Head down to the Gift Shop and buy a present or bring some Pizza.
Head over to the NeoHome and PARTY!
3. Rest on the couch throw some NeoColas back.
So, those are the steps to having a NeoParty. You could do it today, but your
going to have to kind the sacred PARTY button. I last thought it over there...
