Have you ever tried to buy something from a shop and then it's sold out? You
have to wait until the shop restocks, which is a while. Check out these tips
for easy shopping, especially after holiday time.
Tip #1: See if the item is still hot! If the item is very popular,
don't even bother to haggle. If you do, by the time you get to an agreement,
the item's probably sold out. Just type in the amount the shopkeeper asks for
and soon it would be yours.
Tip #2: Haggle, haggle, haggle! Only haggle for items that aren't very
popular. First, pick a low price. Ex: Onion Rings originally priced 10 NP and
you want them for 3 NP. Then the shopkeeper would probably want it higher, so
you gradually go up until you come to an agreement. Ex. Haggling for Onion Rings
that you want to buy for 3 NP and the shopkeeper asks for 5 NP. You type in
4 NP and he accepts it.
*Note: Never haggle too much or the shopkeeper might kick you out!
Tip #3: Check the item out at the Shop Wizard and compare prices. Have
you ever gone to the Battle Magic shop and have seen Poison Snowballs cost about
1,000 NP? Go to the Shop Wizard, type in Poison Snowball and you'll see that
people sell them for 30 NP. If you buy it there, you'll save a significant amount
of NP!
Tip #4: Deposit Box Selling Go and empty out your deposit box now!
All that stuff is potential money!
Tip #5: Cheap Stock When you price and item, make a reasonable price.
Make it at least 1 NP lower than the other people's prices.
Tip #6: Omelettes Lead To An Unsuccessful Shop Never sell Omelettes!!!
No one ever buys 'em! |
