You need to download the player and then restart your computer before the change will take effect. I tested this and it worked fine for me, so that should solve your problem.

Yes, quite a lot of stuff on the site is loosely based on real world things, just keep looking in supermarkets and strange/unusual shops and you never know what you may find.

Are you only coming to Singapore on the 8th of June?
Well actually the guys have been in Singapore since Thursday, but yes, this time we will only be selling merchandise and signing stuff on Saturday 8th June. We may be selling more things in other stores at a later date, but you won't get the chance to have your Neopet drawn by Anthony or Keith then :)

The Shop Wizard can only give you the best price that people are asking for things, it can't make people sell things for less. I suggest you try searching a few more times as you will get different results. Otherwise try trading with someone using the Trading Post.

Are the pictures on neopets drawn by hand or on a computer?
A bit of both, it depends what is needed, we sometimes draw on paper, sometimes draw using a mouse and sometimes draw using a drawing tablet.

My sister accidently created a Gelert on my account. I went to the pound to get rid of it, and when I pressed the button to disown it, nothing happened. Why?
There was an error earlier this week where nobody could use the pound. It has now been fixed and you should be able to disown the unwanted Gelert if you still wish to do so.

The dictionary definition of gubbins is something whose name is either forgotten or not known. Its like thingamabob, thingamajig etc.

There is a super rare toy clock in neopia. A friend of mine gave it to me. The description on the clock says.... "This clock is a special edition clock - only 50 in the world." But when I checked the shop wiz to see of it's value, there was one person who owned 50 of them just by him/her self. Why would it say there was only 50 in the world, when that isnt true?
Ahh... that is an item dating back in the old old days, when it was first released there were only 50 of them in Neopia. Later on we changed how items worked and they remained rare, but went on sale in the toy shop again. I have changed the description now, thanks for reminding me:)

How do you get the different footers on the Neobadges?
Switch the code at the bottom for the code of the image you want to use. For example your code should have a line like this :

<img src='http://images.neopets.com/badges/badge_footer1.gif' width=80 height=20 border=0></a>

Right click on the footer you want to use to see what it is called, the blue one is called badge_footer2.gif, just change the number in your code and you will see a different footer.

Can you turn a Bagguss into a Bagguss Bomb?
No, I am afraid you cannot, you need a very small Bagguss to make a bomb and when they are that small they are inedible so the food shops don't sell them.

I have a question, what petpet can you mutate into Donna or Adam like it shows one the May 28 section of the news?
It was a joke, you can't really turn any petpet in to Donna or Adam.

If I paint my Krawk (petpet) will it turn into a painted Krawk (pet)?
Yes, the painted krawk petpets become painted krawk pets.
