It was a quiet day in the mansion of the young Acara, Averay. She was cared
for by a rich owner who was the founder of a popcorn factory called Hobbe's
Popcorn Palace. Averay had five of every toy in Neopia. She was not as sweet
as she seemed though. She was very cruel to rejected toys. Whenever she hated
a toy, she commanded her owner to rid of it, not like discarding it, but she
made sure that toys she hated was to be in pieces right away. She once ridded
of a Pop Star Usuki!!!! It was just the way she treated toys.
"NO, NO, NOOO! THIS TOY IS UGLY, HOW CAN YOU GIVE ME A PAUPER'S PLAY THING?!!
cried the spoiled Acara. She was holding the so called "pauper's play thing"
in her hand which turned out to be an Orange Fuzzle.
"But sweety, it's not a pauper's play thing. It's a cute, adorable Fuzzle,"
replied the frustrated owner.
"HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME? I HATE THIS!" The bratty Acara stomped out of
her room and demanded to go to the best toy shop in the city, and the owner,
helpless, did as she said. The owner never wanted to put her in the pound, for
he was scared of Averay.
The Orange Fuzzle laying on the floor stood up on his feet. There was a rumour
that Fuzzles were really baby Jubjubs that were usually unable to move their
legs when at young age. (This rumour was announced in The Neopian Times, convincing
many others.) But this Fuzzle was able to walk around already. The Fuzzle had
heard of what happened to hated toys belonging to Averay. He was also hurt of
what the Acara had said about him.
The Fuzzle found the door open and quickly ran away, still hurt of what the
Acara said. This was just the beginning of this Fuzzle's adventure. He walked
into the streets of the city. He saw some interesting sites around the street.
He spotted the city toy shop, hundreds of Neopians and pets that looked very
strange to him. The pet he kept looking at was a Jubjub. It looked familiar
to him, but couldn't classify it. With the huge crowd around him, barely anyone
knew that there was a free toy lying in the middle of the street.
Two hours later...
The Fuzzle had left the huge city and trotted into the famous NeoPets Shopping
Center. He was curious what the shops were like the Toy Shop, Book Shop, and
mostly the Money
Tree. Since it was dark, no one was walking or shopping. Then it started
to rain. The poor Fuzzle was soaked and went under a cardboard box for shelter.
He was lonely, had no place to go. If he ever returned to that cruel Acara,
he would be in pieces, unable to see, hear, or move ever again. The Fuzzle fell
asleep and ignored the loud, crackling thunder.
The next day, a tall Lupe, who was the Toy Shopkeeper, noticed the Fuzzle.
She picked him up, and found it could not sell in her shop, for it had been
used or played with. She donated him to the Money Tree and hoped he would find
a loving pet.
Then suddenly Whoopi, a Christmas Aisha, came with her owner to the tree of
treasures. She found the Fuzzle, lying there on the ground next to the low branch
of the Money Tree. It was love at first sight. She picked the Fuzzle up and
hugged it.
"Wow! This is SO cute, can I have it please? I know he'll be my good friend,"
said Whoopi to her owner. He agreed with her and walked with Whoopi home, along
with the Orange Fuzzle.
When Whoopi got back home to her room, she had a special place just for the
Fuzzle. "You can be with Zoey," said Whoopi as she placed him next to a cute
Pink Fuzzle.
"Hmm, what should I name you? I know, how about Zack!" The Fuzzle had found
a home, a loving owner, and a companion. "Zack," as they called him was wearing
a blue ribbon around him with his name on it as if he was part of the family.
Till that day on Zack was the happiest Fuzzle ever. (Well, at least I think
so.)
As for Averay, she was sent to the Neopian Military for five months to train
for the next Sloth Invasion. The owner finally got to relax without any yelling
at all in her ear.
And Zack was treated well and was happy once again.
