a few ways to help you get accepted in that new "high society" guild.
Your Neopets
What is the thing that always catches people's eye about a Neopet? The colour,
obviously. Once in a while the water faerie will open her Rainbow Pool. The
Rainbow Pool is a blessing to any Neopian who wants to look rich. I would suggest
not changing the pet's species because nobody is going to be looking at what
species of pet you have. Also, it would be better to paint your pet a colour
like faerie or desert as opposed to red or blue because a faerie pet is much
more impressive than a red pet.
Your User Lookup
The first thing someone sees when they click your name is your user lookup.
It is very important to make your user lookup look nice. A nice user lookup
is very impressive. There are Web sites with really nice pre-made user lookup
codes like Help For Neopets where you can get nice user lookups for free! You
can copy the pre-made codes and paste them in the "About Me" box at the bottom
of the chat page.
You can also get creative and use your own html tricks to spice up your user
lookup.
Your Shop
A well decorated shop is a must. It provides a nice atmosphere and tells people
that you spend a lot of time working on your account. It doesn't take a long
time to make a nice looking shop if you use a pre-made shop outline. You can
also be creative with your shop with your own html. Neopets provides some fun
images for you to use and there are many Web sites with really cute
images.
Another way to look rich with your shop is to have a lot of items in your
shop. Making some of your prices just a little bit overpriced is a good way
to keep items stocked in your shop. Keep some items under the shop wizard's
prices so you can get money and don't overprice your items too much. Somebody
might buy some of your overpriced items but you will still have many items in
your shop stock and people will be very impressed.
Miscellaneous
There are some small things you can do to make you look richer. A good thing
to do is play a lot of games. On your user lookup it will show how many games
you played and also how many trophies you have. Some easy games to get trophies
in are Mystery Pic, Lenny Conundrum, and Cheat. You can also get trophies from
any wars Neopia has (such as the Lost Desert and Tyrannian wars) and from Neopia
Defenders. You can also get a trophy from beating Punchbag Bob in the Battledome.
You can also update your card deck size. You don't necessarily have to put
cards in it because they won't see that unless the click to view your deck.
If you must have cards get some that are not very expensive. It also helps to
have a NeoHome even if it only has one room. All of these things show up on
your userlookup and are helpful when you want to look rich.
Even when you are not rich, there are many ways to look like you are. Hope
