Have you ever gone into a shop that is over size 100, and has tons of expensive
items? Chances are, your wondering how they can afford it, as well as thinking
how you'll never have that much money. Not true. You too can live a richer Neopian
life. In this article, you will learn how with these four simple guidelines:
Playing, Exploring, Saving and Buying.
Playing:
You may be new to NeoPets, or you may just want some tips. Either way, games
are very important. The following games will earn you the most NP. Kiko Match,
as it doubles your score and will give you hundreds of NP per game. Meerca Chase,
I recommend playing the hard level, as after you play it awhile, it will become
easy, and it gives you quite a bit of NP. Faerie Crossword has pretty simple
questions, or you can ask a Neofriend or guild member for help, and it can earn
you up to 2000 per day. Poogle Solitaire will earn you 750, and again, the solution
is quite simple, or you can ask for help. So far, with these four games, you
have earned several thousand Neopoints, and if you want more, you can play other
games. Just don't forget to do your homework.
Exploring:
While browsing the site, you can find anything from rare items that can be sold
for thousands, to tons of Neopoints. Also try doing quests such as the Snow
Faerie's Quest in Terror Mountain, which can give you prizes ranging from a
value of 1,000-100,000! Spin the Wheel of Excitement, which can earn you prizes
and up to 10,000 NP! Occasionally, doing Brain Tree and Witch's Cave quests
will pay off, but not very often, so I would advise you not to do them regularly.
Explore Neopia, you never know what you may find!
Saving:
Remember to collect your daily interest and deposit Neopoints as often as possible
to increase your savings. Already, from the games I've suggested, you've earned
several thousand, so I would recommend that you put at least a thousand or two
in the bank before shopping. If you did just that, you would have around 30,000-60,000
per month! Constantly check to see if you can upgrade your account, as that
will earn you more interest. Also, before you log off, a tip is to put the rest
of your money into the bank, so that you won't spend it as easily, and you'll
be able to collect more interest when you log in the next day. Remember that
saving is GOOD!
Buying:
Perhaps one of the biggest parts of NeoPets. Before buying food for your pet(s)
each day, go to the Healing Springs, as she might feed your pet(s) for free!
If not, try the Giant Omelette, and try your luck at Tombola, the Fruit Machine
and the Shrine. Each could give you some food. Then, take that food that you
(possibly) won, and feed it to your pets. I would recommend that you put extra
food in your safety deposit box, as it will come in handy if you are ever short.
If you need more food, its best to buy something healthy for your pet, yet inexpensive,
such as Broccoli or grapes.
Buying toys can be expensive, so remember that you don't always have to buy
new toys for your pets, just buy a few and rotate them through your pets, occasionally
buying a new one. As books are also expensive, I would suggest that you only
buy a few once a week. Buying lots whenever you see them will only lower your
bank account. Bear in mind that you don't have to stock your shop each day.
Food, although useful, does not make much profit, so I don't advise you put
too much in your shop. Try buying one or two good items, like furniture, codestones,
faeries, plushies, etc., every day or two, and when you have several items,
price them in your shop. That way, you are still making a large profit, without
spending too much each day.
