“Let go of him,” AirKyrii shouted.
“My pleasure,” DarkGrundo said throwing LightningKau at their feet.
All the SuperNeos rushed over to see if he was okay.
“Just to let you SuperNeos know, Neopia will be nothing but dust particles
soon. I have installed a laser beam to fire at Neopia. It only needs a little
more power before it is ready. I already have the dark, fighting, and lightning
crystals to use for fuel and soon I will have all of your powers. I will strike
again when you least suspect it. Dark shadow warp,” DarkGrundo yelled, transporting
into thin air.
“Are you okay, LightningKau?” IceQuiggle asked.
“Yeah but you can’t call me that anymore. Dark Grundo stole my crystal and
now I am powerless,” LightningKau said.
“Let’s go back to the headquarters and get you a new power. We have two crystals
there remember,” Air Kyrii said.
“Oh yeah. Let’s go quick. I want the Earth crystal,” LightningKau said running
ahead.
When they arrived at the clubhouse, LightningKau had transformed into EarthKau.
“Where is DarkGrundo located?” FireLupe asked EarthKau.
“He took me to the Neopian space station. He has a space ship docked there,”
EarthKau replied.
“Let’s go there then,” StoneShoyru said.
“Who are you?” EarthKau asked.
“I am StoneShoyru. I joined the team,” StoneShoyru said.
“Welcome to the team. Your going to have some good times with us but right
now we need to find DarkGrundo,” EarthKau said.
“No EarthKau. I think we need to find another pet to give the water crystal
to,” AirKyrii said.
The SuperNeos brainstormed and came up with the idea of asking a very trustworthy
Usul that lives around town.
“Let’s go to her house and ask her,” IceQuiggle said.
The SuperNeos did just that.
“Hi, do I know you?” the Usul said when she opened the door.
“You may have seen us around. We are a crime-fighting group called the SuperNeos.
We get our powers from the crystals that hang around our necks,” FireLupe explained.
“Oh yeah I have seen you,” the Usul said.
“We would like to know if you would join our team. We have a water crystal
that you could wear and gain it’s powers,” StoneShoyru said.
“I don’t know you guys, it sounds dangerous,” the Usul replied.
“You won’t be in danger with us around. We encountered tons of training and
you will also. Please say yes. We need someone to help us,” EarthKau said.
“Well, I don’t think I can help you but I do have a Poogle friend that may
be interested. She is very kind and loving. She also knows karate,” the Usul
said.
“Thanks. We’ll go talk to her now,” FireLupe said. The SuperNeos got the address
of the Poogle and in no time at all, the newest member of the team, WaterPoogle
was added.
“Thank you so much for asking me to join your team everyone. This is a real
honor,” WaterPoogle said.
“The pleasure is ours,” EarthKau said.
“Hey guys, is that Kacheek supposed to be with us?” WaterPoogle asked.
The SuperNeos turned around to see FightingKacheek.
“So you came back for more FightingKacheek?” AirKyrii asked.
“Yeah, that’s right. Power punch,” FightingKacheek yelled knocking WaterPoogle
to the ground.
“Crashing waves,” WaterPoogle yelled getting back up and sending tidal waves
towards FightingKacheek.
“WaterPoogle, you have learned the new attack water jet,” WaterPoogle’s crystal
said.
“Awesome,” WaterPoogle said to herself.
“Roaring winds,” AirKyrii shouted sending FightingKacheek screaming into the
air.
“AirKyrii, you have learned the new attack, tornado gust,” AirKyrii’s crystal
said.
“Quaking Earth,” EarthKau yelled, rumbling the ground and making FightingKacheek
lose his balance.
“EarthKau, you have learned the new attack poison ivy,” EarthKau’s crystal
said.
“Frozen rain,” IceQuiggle yelled hitting FightingKacheek with frozen raindrops.
“IceQuiggle, you have learned the new attack freeze blast,” IceQuiggle’s crystal
said.
Now all the SuperNeos knew two attacks each.
“Everyone, use your most powerful attack,” FireLupe cried out.
“Rock rage!”
“Poison ivy!”
“Tornado gust!”
“Freeze blast!”
“Water jet!”
“Flame circle!” FireLupe shouted, finishing the series of attacks. Suddenly,
a huge rainbow dropped from the sky. All the SuperNeos crystals were glowing.
“Not the united power attack,” Fighting Kacheek yelled.
The rainbow wrapped itself around FightingKacheek and swallowed him up, then
bounced back up into the sky and disappeared.
“Wow, the united power attack is awesome,” StoneShoyru said.
“Yeah, and thanks to WaterPoogle, we can use it,” AirKyrii said patting WaterPoogle
on the back.
Now it was time to make their move on DarkGrundo. Slowly the SuperNeos made
their way to the Neopian space station.
