My pet's stats says that it's suffering from 'Ugga Ugga', what is that and how is it cured?
Ugga Ugga is possibly the worst Tyrannian disease, your Neopet can get. It's throat becomes so sore that all they can do is make Ugga noises. It can be cure by a draft of Sporkle Syrup that you can purchase from the pharmacy.

I really want to adopt the cute little bruce on 'Pet Central' that says visit the Neopian pound to adopt me, but when I click on it I just go to the pound, what do I do?
That particular Bruce has a happy owner. It was just a model chosen for the advert, however there are many more equally as cute Bruces in the pound. You just need to browse through.

On the main page, it once mentioned six-eared cats. Was this an error or do I need to learn to count? Don't Aishas have four ears?
Yes, normal Aishas do have four ears, but the alien Aishas it was referring to have six :)

How do you get to the snowager's cave?
Go to 'Explore' and click on 'Terror Mountain'. Once the map loads click on 'Ice Caves'. The Snowager's cave is in the top right hand corner of the Ice Caves.

My Kau was dying and I gave it a Raspberry Milkshake. It said, "YES! MILK! I FEEL WONDERFUL!" and was all of a sudden extremely bloated. Why?
A strange thing happens to Kaus when they drink milk. It seems to fill them up straight away!

It wasn't because of playing any game, it happened to all Poogles, we just updated their colour so they matched the other purple pets (they tend to have a little splash of orange on them). You can't change it back, that is the way Purple Poogles look.

Why can't you earn NP by playing "Neoquest"?
Because when we first launched Neoquest, only a few people could play it at any one time. It wasn't fair if only a few people could earn points.

Why don't you make the pickled olives so that neopets can eat them?
Because they are souvenirs sold in the Tiki Tack shop and have been left on the shelf far too long. Your pet really wouldn't like to eat them I promise!

Krawks are Tyrannian petpets, so they aren't being sold at Little Nippers. They are still on sale in the Tyrannian petpet shop, but they are very rare. They should go for approximately 27500 NP (give or take a little depending on what inflation is).

There is ONE solution that will get you out of the house alive, but you will just have to work it out for yourself.

Yup, we added some today that use less useful items, and more cooking pot recipes are on their way :)

If you use a Lupe grabber jaw on an opponent do you get to keep the item that you stole after the battle?
No, all items that are stolen during the battle are returned to the original owner once the fight is over.
