All About Faerie Snowglobes

by rainbowglitter89

A few weeks ago Neopets came out with four brand new toys, the faerie snowglobes. These delicate items were being sold in the toy shop. Many Neopians are wondering is this another trend or fad? Ever since the faerie dolls came out all faerie merchandise has been skyrocketing. These snowglobes are unbuyables. It's hard to get your hands on one of them. You can find them in the toy shop, auction house, shop wizard, and trading post. Though if you find one of these you won't be pleased with the price tag. I did some research on finding the average prices that were being asked for these beautiful snowglobes.

Toy Shop: It's very hard to find this collection of toys in the toy shop. We found it almost impossible. I talked with a few people who were fortunate to own the precious snowglobes and ask them how much NP they spent on them in the toy shop. Unfortunately none had bought it in the toy shop. I estimate the an average of 15%* of faerie snowglobe owners bought their toys in the toy shop.

Auction House: About 40%* people bought their snowglobes in the auction house. With an average price of 350,000 NP Is it really worth it? To some it is, for they would like to collect all of them.

Shop Wizard: A lot of people who had a faerie snowglobe in their shop didn't want to sell it. Average price was 250,000 NP About 10%* people who owned the faerie snowglobes were selling them in the shop wizard.

Trading Post: 30%* people had the faerie snowglobe. Average price 500,000 NP Most people were not selling them or wanted rare items and lot's of NP

*=Estimated percent

Best Place to Buy: The shop wizard had the cheapest prices. It would be a good idea to check with the shop owner about if they are willing to sell the snowglobes. Some are not, so be sure to check with them. Another good place is the auction house which you can get an awesome deal. So test your luck there.

Now, I will tell you about the appearance of the faerie snowglobes. Each feature a different faerie and have a different unique design to them.

Fire Faerie Snowglobe: Has a star base with a unique design that I think was intended to be a star flower or tree. You can't really see the Fire Faerie well in the snowglobe sine she is surrounded by bobbing bubbles.

Water Faerie Snowglobe: Inside the heart base is the beautiful water faerie. When you shake this delightful snowglobe bubbles will go all around the water faerie. The theme of this snowglobe obviously is a underwater one.

Space Faerie Snowglobe: In my opinion this is the cutest snowglobe! In the shape of a red rocketship. This space theme is very cute. Inside the rocket is the Space Faerie along with moons and stars. Shake the snowglobe the stars and moons will fall. Wow, it's just like shooting stars!

Faerie Queen Snowglobe: With a beautiful queen theme this snowglobe is quite elegant. With a gold base of a crown it makes this snowglobe look like an antique. Inside the snowglobe is the beautiful Faerie Queen, Fyora dressed in her usual purple outfit. The bubbles inside the snowglobe are purple to match Fyora.

Most Neopians want to collect these unbuyable items, but just cant part with their NP. My advice to you is wait some time for the items to go down in price. When they are more common you will see a huge decrease in price. It's hard to find one of these cute little faerie snowglobes, but it is possible. What can we expect next for the collection? Most likely Neopets will make every faerie its own snowglobe. So sit tight for there are still eight more snowglobes to go (maybe). You might expect to find a air, earth, light, darkness, negg, tooth, soup, and snow faerie snowglobes yet to come.
