Move Over Jack!

by ally_cat_175

A beanstalk? In a garden? Nawwwwwwwww....

I was walking home from school today when my Mum came up to me at the fence of our NeoHome. "GooglePuff_Jr, guess what! They have gardens!"

"Gardens? Are you sure?" I said unbelievably.

"Yes! It just came out in The Neopian Times."

"Are we getting one?" I asked.

"I'm pretty sure, they only cost about 100 NP and we have two garden gnomes and some beautiful flowers!"

I thought it was great too. We all did. Me, being a yellow Blumaroo got excited about things. But my sister, Blue_eyes_4U22, had a different view of it.

"Gardens?! Why?! We'll have worms an-and slugs and our ground will always be muddy!"

"No it won't!" I said defiantly.

"Hmph!" she grunted and stalked off.

So, two days later we had a garden... or at a plot of soil as big as my room. Too big if I had any say in it. So, we planted beautiful flowers put the Kacheek and Kiko gnome up and it looked pretty good!

Then Blue Eyes came out with two seeds in her hand and gave them to me, and my Chomby brother, Swift_Courage_971. "Here," she said, "I found these on the counter" and walked away.

They were big, but looked like they would grow big flowers. So we planted them.

I was exhausted so I went upstairs to my warm, comfy cloud room and fell on my bed. Ally_cat_175, my Mum, came and saw me. She smiled and covered me up and said, "Good Night my little gardener."

Around 2:00 am I heard something outside. I sat up, and looked through my window. There was a large tree thing growing up. I thought I was just tired and dreaming it, so I went back to bed.

The next morning, my older Gelert sister, Angelbaby093, came in and woke me up. "GooglePuff, I think you ought to see this!" She pulled me to the window and I realised what I saw that night wasn't a dream! It was a beanstalk! And it was so high up, I couldn't see the end of it!

My Mum came in and gasped. "What's the matter?" we asked.

"Do you remember when I told you about the boy named jack? And how HE came upon a large stalk of bean like this?" We now saw her point.

"I do not want you to go up there!"

"But muuuuuuuuuuuuum!" my brother whined. "Me and GooglePuff will be fine up there! As long as we bring the Rainbow and Lightning Gun!"

She looked at us, sighed and said, "Do AngelBaby and Blue Eyes want to go?"

"YES!" we said in happiness we could go.

It turned out, they did not want to go. We were happy for that. We went outside an hour later and Rainbow and Lightning Gun in hand we said, "Don't worry! We're sure it's probably just an overgrown tree!"

My mother looked at us and smiled. "I love you two so be careful! OK?"

"OK!" we said in happiness.

We started climbing up the stalk. My brother behind since he was a Chomby, it was harder for him to climb. About 15 minutes later, we looked down and didn't see our family. "GooglePuff, what if it IS a giant?" my brother said. "I don't know what we'll do, these guns won't do anything to a fifty foot Grarrl!" I responded.

About 3:00 that day, I swung my foot up on a ledge (The stalk grew to a mountain we hadn't ever seen before), and it turned out, it wasn't a ledge, it was the top! The clouds blurred our vision, but when we got to the top, we gasped.

There was a Girlish Shoyru waiting for them in a Hot Pink car. That blurred our vision even more and we shuddered. "Hot pink? Why hot pink?" my brother said meekly. I just shook my head with my eyebrow up.

"Well, come on little Fellas!" the Shoyru said in a southern drawl. We decided to listen. She drove off with us in the car and said, "Welcome to The Giant's Cavern!" We gulped. "This is as far as I go!" said the Shoyru and after we got out, she drove off faster than you could say Wait!

We shivered and looked at each other and walked in. It started to rain so we had no other place to go. We walked in and saw that the cavern was just how we pictured it. Leaky water dropping on the hard floor. Dark, our shadows not bouncing off the wall. Then we heard VERY heavy footsteps coming toward us. We hid in a corner and waited. A huge Chia came out. His eyes were glowing bright yellow, his hands rusty, and his right leg, wait, had a wire coming down from it. This was a robot. We looked at each other and smirked. We played along with his charade.

"WHO DARES ENTERING IN MY CAVE?" The *great booming* voice said. We walked out, *scared* and we said, "Please don't hurt us!" and we started running around like a bunch of idiots.

The Chia was NOT happy. "STOP! STOP RIGHT NOW!" he said. "But why? You're a big scary monster we should be scared of!"

"THAT'S RIGHT!" he said. He still didn't get it that we knew. We then put a stop to the stupid nonsense and shot at the wire with our *very powerful* guns. ^_~ His legs sparked and then it blew up and then the robot Chia said, "NOOOOOOO!" as the whole things stopped working and then it collapsed. We starting laughing, but when a small little Kyrii that was half our size came out and chattered about how stupid and ignorant we were, we laughed harder. Finally, the Kyrii stopped, shook her fist, and scurried off. After that, we wiped our eyes and started toward the beanstalk. When we got there, the Shoyru was trying to cut it apart so the only way we could get to it was by plunging ten feet down toward it (she can fly).

She looked at us and said smugly, "You ruin us, we ruin you!" We were scared then. She laughed meanly. "That robot was going to be used to help Dr. Sloth in his mission! And now, we have nothing to offer and we will be destroyed! Unless we give him something to destroy."

"Why didn't you just tell us to go back down the beanstalk?" we asked.

"Because then, you would tell everyone about it and our plan *would* have been ruined!" she said hotly.

"But two guns destroyed that robot, it couldn't do much!" I said. "Oy! It was supposed to be used as a decoy! It looks nasty but it's not!"

She came toward us then I had an idea. "Jump in the transport!" I said.

We ran to it and she said, "No!!!!!" We turned the key and put it into F? What was that?"

We soon found out! Fly! It hovered ten feet above the ground. We smiled and I pushed the pedal. The Shoyru was pulling out her hair. We didn't know how to go DOWN but the transport did. We landed in our garden and we realised it was night-time. My Mum came out and my sisters too and asked, "What happened? Why are you driving? Why are you smiling?"

We told her the WHOLE story and she laughed too. But we frowned upon the part about Dr. Sloth. What did it mean? When would he attack? Why was there a beanstalk leading to another world? The only thing we could do about it was cut down the beanstalk. It slivered up to the sky, though. Weird.

Then we heard a voice in the sky, "You... think... you have... won... just wait..."

Yes, the voice WAS Dr. Sloth's. But don't worry--Dr. Sloth won't be here anytime soon! ^_~
