About Heiazelle:
- a battered looking draik stumbles onto the stage. She looks around
cautiously, and turns around to face the curtain behind her. As she
does her tail upturns the judges table. She grins sheepishly and turns
around again-
"'lo. Ah'm Heiazelle. But everyone calls mer Hazel."
-she notices a couple of curious looks at her pelt, and sits down,
making everything tremble-
"Ah. So you're wonderin' why I look so, well, battered? It's because
ah'm a plushie- and mah sister Cameo has an infatuation with chewing
me."
-a tiny kougra cub with a ragged pelt bounds onto the stage, and
flings itself onto Hazel. She jumps up and down on her head for a
while before settling herself contentedly on the ground, chewing
Hazel's tail. Hazel bats her away-
"See what ah mean? Cameo- go away!"
-she shoos the cub off the stage-
"Anyway, back t' me. Well, ah was born a gelert. A baby gelert. Bu'
Lauralie decided Ah needed a new look- and she loves plushies, and
draiks too! So it made perfect sense to make me a plushie draik. An'
t' those out there who dun know her- my advice is to stay away. she is
insane.."
-she nods solemnly-
"you better believe it. Ah like being a plushie draik, but there are
some bad things about it.. like that if Cameo doesn't stop chewing me
soon, Ah'll just be a pile of stuffing, sawdust and glass eyes on the
floor. Another bad thing is that people keep trying to buy me when Ah
go onto shops! they just can't get their little brains around th' fact
that Ah'm a, well... an ALIVE plushie."
-she shrugs, then hears a growling from offstage. She bows hurriedly,
breaking a light-bulb with her tail-
"Uh, look's like Cameo's coming back! Ah better go!"
-she runs off stage, and Cameo enters from the other side, looking
bewildered-
