What happens to your pets if your account becomes frozen? Will they be put in the pound or gone forever?
When your account is frozen, your pets, items, neopoints, shop etc. all become frozen too. They still exist, but you can't do anything with them.

What exactly do "retired" and "unbuyable" mean?
If an item is retired, it means it is no longer given out in any official shops or by any games, the only ones that will ever exist are already owned by people. If an item is unbuyable, this means it is normally too rare for the average Neopian to get hold of, unless they are extremely lucky.

Can you tell us when days like Wocky day are in advance so we can take advantages of the benefits for our pets?
We have always displayed all the pet days on our Calendar, you can access this from the world page. Just click on 'World' in the yellow side bar and then click on 'Calendar'.

If you have a sick/dying neopet what happens if you never heal it?
You meany, if you really can be so heartless, your pets will continue to be sick/dying forever. They won't actually die, but they aren't exactly going to be the happiest pets around!

Why don't people obey the rule "no prices over 100000 np"?
This isn't a rule, you can price your items over 100,000NP if you just want to show off the item (like a gallery). You can't buy items costing more than 100,000NP, but if you want to let the world see you are the proud owner of a Blue Chia Plushie you can.

Why do you only have the 4 colours for our pets (green yellow red and blue)?
Erm.. I am not sure what you are talking about, all the pets come in a wide range of colours, some even come in mutated forms. You just need to get hold of a magical paintbrush and take your Neopet to the Rainbow Pool!

I sent you the Parent consent form and I still can't play any of the protected features( Chocolate sweepstakes). How long does it take to be updated? ?
If you fax it to us, it usually takes around 2 days but sometimes if we are extremely busy, it can take up to a week. If you mail it to us, please allow the time it will take to get to us, then another 2 days to a week to be processed.

In the News for January 12-13, you said times were hard for the Tika Tack tombola man and he was collecting donations. I know your not really gonna ask us to donate but does that mean that you are gonna shut it down?
No, it means that the poor Tiki Tack man REALLY is a bit down on his luck. He has been funding the Tombola out of his own pocket for a very long time. You do seriously have to give donations to help the poor guy out!

Why do you guys have a "Neocam" if it's never on, or the view blocked by a cubical wall or bunch of asparagus? Many of us Neopians are curious as to what you folks really look like. Not having the cam on or blocked just makes it worse. It makes us think you guys are all mutants or WORSE!
Thats because we are all hideously ugly and don't like to be seen by the outside world, believe me asparagus is far nicer than our ugly mugs!

When will neopets merchandise be sold in stores not just in america because it is really hard for the people not in the us to get a hold of neopets mercandise without paying extra for oversea shipping?
We do not have an exact timeline for international distribution. We will be in Asia later this year.

I noticed that at the main screen of neopets, it mentions that neopets has a green-skinned villain with a head like a chicken. Is this some sort of hint to the next plot line? Or am I forgetting some evil character?

What exactly is Marmite and how do you eat it?
Marmite is a brown sticky substance you can spread on toast or mix with water to make a hot drink. It is sometimes referred to as 'salty tractor grease' although personally I think thats a little unfair! Some people love it, some people hate it, but it is definitely bizarre :)

Which petpets were retired?
Now that really would be telling... you know some things you just have to find out for yourselves :)
