The Hidden Tower sure is gettin' chalk full of new and cool items lately, but
this is the Hidden Tower we're talking about. For the few of you who have found
it in Faerie City (There's a hint for those who haven't) you may know they've
added a few new items such as the Carrotblade, (9 Million NP) Faerie Acorns,
(8.5 Million NP) Sword of the Air Faerie, (8 Million NP) Monoceraptors Claw,
(25 MILLION NP?!?!) Jhudoras Crystal Ball, (3 Million NP) Faerie Fog, (3.5 Million
NP) and the short-lived Eraser of the Dark Faerie. However, as I'm writing this
article, new items are probably coming out... drat.
Now I don't spend much or gain much NP, and the little NP I do earn I spend
on common items like Happy Birthday Cards and Bottles of Green Sand, Baked Beans,
etc. (Don't ask why... I've reached 200) I once bought a Ubikiberry Bag for
250,000 NP (Now 247,500 NP) and that's about it; and I had to trade it and got
a Krawk. And I also invested 73,000 NP in a stock that now is 30,000 NP. And
I've spent approx. 200,000 NP on Grarrl Keno. And I'm poor. But these new, and
even old items in the Hidden Tower, look really good.
How do I expect to get any NP? Well, like this: Three games of Jelly Processing
Plant a day, hope I'll get lucky in Grarrl Keno, hope Happy Birthday Cards get
ultra rare to 1 Million NP so I'll have 1/5 of a Billion, and be lazy and write
humorous Neopian Times articles and annoy NeoPets Creators. (And I don't even
work in the office... yet....)
Here's one more thing: I don't have enough money to buy Jhudora's Crystal
Ball, much less buy an extra 3.5 Million to prevent it!
But what items do I expect to see in the Hidden Tower soon? Well, here they
are:
The Infinite Bottle of Green Sand
5 Million NP
Green Sand on Mystery Island is used as a soil to help plants grow faster, but
what fun is it if you can't sprinkle a little in your opponents eye? Even a
lot?
Fyora's Shrub
250,000 NP
This plant will grow extremely big in your NeoGarden, and will sprout great-tasting
Berries Fyora will buy from you for 100 NP per berry!
Wagbailiona Statue
8 Million NP
The Ancient Wagbailiona Statue from Mystery Island is a great Battledome weapon,
put in a Tropical Fruit of any kind and it will be projected at your opponent
and dizzying speeds.
Magical Warp Diamond
22 Million NP
Vanish for a round and avoid all attack with the Magical Warp Diamond. It takes
10 turns to recharge.
Enchanted Warp Diamond
42 Million NP
Vanish for a round and avoid all attack with the Enchanted Warp Diamond, the
beefed up version of the Magical Warp Diamond. It takes 5 Turns to Recharge.
The Big Baloozie
3.5 Million NP
The Big Baloozie is a bomb that explodes with tremendous force but won't injure
the user. After use it will break into 2 Baloozies which do 45% the damage of
the Big Baloozie, which will both explode into 2 Little Baloozies, which do
45% of the damage of the Baloozie. After battle the Big Baloozie will regenerate.
Pack of Juice Boxes
20,000 NP
This isn't an artifact, just a refreshment for your NeoPets as your tour around
the Hidden Tower. Contains 50 Juice Boxes, only Drink allowed in the Hidden
Tower!
Sound Blast Laser
1 Million NP
The Sound Blast laser uses a Supersonic Boom and a Laser Beam to deliver a deadly
one-two punch to the opponent!
Now, how long will it take me to buy these items? Well, unless the NeoPets
Staff gives a shiny medal and a copy of the item the inventor makes, quite a
few years. Okay, this is about how long.
Infinite Bottle of Green Sand: 6 Months
Fyora's Shrub: 3 weeks
Wagbailiona Statue: 12 Months
Magical Warp Diamond: 2 Years
Enchanted Warp Diamond: When Pigs Fly
The Big Baloozie: 3 Months
Pack of Juice Boxes: 30 Minutes
Sound Blast Laser: 4 Months
For you it's probably that divided by a high number since I'm naturally lazy
and do after-school programs and sports and school and have a social life and
got few hours for myself. But hopefully, one day, you will get either:
A) A Figment of my Imagination
B) An Actual Hidden Tower Item
C) A New $2,999 Computer for your room.
Trust me, you got the best odds for C... I've almost got $1,100! |
