 Pet Name: aurelialla Owner: blink_darkphoenix Breed: Pteri About aurelialla: Lihua entered the world through otherworldly means; her egg appeared in a clearing, high above the mountains of Shenkuu. She hatched, lived for a short time, and was ready to be reborn. Countless cycles have passed as she struggles to recall anything from past lives, causing confusion and aggravation. Her memories were fuzzy, yet distinct--she'd lived six times prior, by her estimate. It was difficult for her to keep track of the time; the land she lived in had not seen much change throughout her lives. How long was she living each time? She was unable to find an answer. As her body weakened, her thoughts were very much set in the future. Why does this keep happening? Fed up with each repetitive cycle, Lihua traveled through the near-deserted southern lands close to Altador only to discover a golden colored creature roaming, said to be called a Garfir. The traits of said beast appeared honorable, yet small. Their mane was well kept and healthy combined with their massive stinger tucked away in the back end. One could tell it was quite dangerous when threatened. Having no clue on what to do, the naive pteri glides over to a branch to perch on, attempting to mean the creature no harm. The vibrant eyes of the Garfir pierce through the pteri's presence as if it were a threat. Apprehension struck the colorful pteri, only to quietly chirp in communication, in hopes to learn more of her surroundings and herself. Amused by this, the Garfir approaches to mean no harm, only to clarify between the two of them. --- Lihua was described to be a rare faerie-like creature, sought after by many, both good and bad. The brilliant plumage radiated spectacularly everywhere she went. Her dazzling feathers were warm to the touch with magical properties. Her gentle nature only reassured to the Garfir that she was still young and naive to the world. She needed to be protected from the dangers of the outside world. If one were to take notice on the magnificent pteri, it would cause a disaster among others and importantly, to Lihua's life. Lihua had the innocence of being very optimistic, but her kind and gentle nature would undoubtedly fall into the wrong hands. It was at this point if something devastating happened, the petpet would face a heavy burden. Astounded by the expository given to her, Lihua yearns a desire for knowledge and understanding, much to the warnings of the dependent Garfir. As if feeling responsible, the petpet decides to be a companion for the young bird. Lihua gratefully accepts its protection and proceeds to bestow the name to the Garfir: Tei. It was time for both of them to journey to parts unknown, hoping to find purpose. --- The faerie-like bird soars alongside Tei in hopes of better understand the world. The wind brushes gently against Lihua's soft, yet, durable feathers as the orange-tint sky contrasts with the fiery glow radiating from her body. "Do you think we'll find good people along the way?" Lihua curiously contemplates. "Expect the worst; hope for the best." Tei proclaimed without skipping a beat, "Be sure to stand guard at all times." "I understand..." In the back of Lihua's mind, she wonders if the world is truly filled with so many dangers. Tei was knowledgeable enough, but was there a rough history? These thoughts would undoubtedly seep into her mind out of sheer curiosity. No matter where the wind will take Lihua, there will always be a learning experience, both good and bad.
