As you walk through a park near Winding Wood Drive in Neopia Central, you watch curiously as a blue Wocky skips around. The Wocky notices a small purple flower on the ground, and stops to sniff it. Her eyes light up as she takes in the heavenly scent.
You walk toward the Wocky, still curious. You tap it on the shoulder. The Wocky turns around, still joyful.
“Hello,” you greet it. “What is your name?”
“My name is Cuteblue123456229,” she says. “But you can just call me Cuteblue.”
You are still curious about this optimistic Wocky. “But why are you out here?” you ask.
Cuteblue shrugs. “I like the outdoors very much,” she says. “It’s amazing how nice it can be on a sunny, warm day.”
You have to agree with that. “What are your favourite hobbies, Cuteblue?” you ask, still perplexed by this pleasant creature.
“I like reading and writing,” she says enthusiastically, “Just like my owner, bathschool123. She’s even written for the Neopian Times!”
You think the conversation is getting a little off-topic. “When were you born, Cuteblue?” you ask.
“Seven months ago,” she says, “the day my owner arrived in Neopia. My owner created me a few hours after my big brother, Ollie, though. Then she created my little sister, Featherhorn. She also adopted Snoopy Sam. He’s the oldest.”
You are getting to like this young Wocky. But you still want to know more. “What are you’re dreams, Cuteblue?”
“I want to get the book award, the gourmet food award, Pet Spotlight, Petpet Spotlight, PPL, and the Beauty Contest.” She giggles. “I pretty much want any award a pet can get.”
Cuteblue invites you to her house for lunch. You are very hungry and you know that your pets can make their own lunch. You agree.
“Where do you live?” you ask.
“On Winding Wood Drive,” she replies, and you leave the park.
You come to her Neohome, which has two rooms on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Cuteblue sticks a key in the lock and opens the door. You follow her inside.
A charming little kitchen greets you. “If you need the bathroom, go to the neighbor’s,” says Cuteblue, “we don’t have one.”
You sit down. “I share the room upstairs with Featherhorn,” she tells you, “and Ollie and Snoopy Sam share the one beside this.”
Cuteblue keeps chatting as she makes you spaghetti and meatballs for lunch. She sets the steaming pasta on the table in front of you.
You take a bite of the spaghetti. It is the most delicious thing you have ever tasted! “Yum,” you say to Cuteblue, “You are a good cook.”
“I love cooking,” says Cuteblue, “I might open my own restaurant someday! I’m the cook in the family. I make all the meals.”
After you finish, you smile at Cuteblue. “That was wonderful,” you say. “I’d like to come over again.”
Cuteblue smiles. “Really?”
You smile at her. “Really.”
You leave, and as you walk out the door, you wonder when you’ll see that charming Wocky again.
