 Site Name: Grundos? Dim-witted? The very idea... Creator: carrotopian Url: http://www.neopets.com/~MumboGrundo Site Description: MumboGrundo loves to read Booktastic Books and knows quite a lot about them; he has a whole Pet Page dedicated to his quest to read them all. However, he has been rather distracted recently, since 'adopting' a beautiful, Blue Draik Egg. He refuses to be separated from it and takes it everywhere behind him on an old, wooden cart. MumboGrundo says its shell reminds him of the skies over Kreludor (his home planet) and the endless nights he would spend, gazing up into the vast, blue void and hoping that one day he would be free. Now that he finally is free, he still has nightmares about 'you know who' (tall, greenish skin, big black cape, delusions of power...); reading about his home planet and 'the good old days' did seem to calm him for a while but then, when Dave (that's what MumboGrundo has named the Draik Egg) showed up, things changed. I was going to trade it for a rare Booktastic Book but MumboGrundo has actually threatened to cover me in treacle and leave me out for the Monoceraptor if I ever try to do such a thing again. If I even suggest anything of the like he just shoots me a withering look and chants, repeatedly: "I will hug him and squeeze him and call him Dave..." Hopefully this is a phase he is going through, just a passing attachment. Meanwhile, as long as he does not neglect his studies, I am sure it will all turn out for the best...
