Chiming in the Wind

Ah what is that charming sound?

It is the wind chimes! Well not yet, but soon as that is your task for the next couple of weeks. You will create a wind chime themed to Neopets of course. It should be pretty and make a pretty sound. We won't be able to hear it, but we will be able to guess what it sounds like from your description and the materials you use. Please make sure you tell us what your theme is, what you used and why you used the materials you did in the description. The entries will be judged by cleverness, humour, and beauty!
