Let me start out by describing what body parts qualify. (Ordered from head to toes) Hair, skull, brain, eyes, ears, nose, lips/mouth, tounge, neck, shoulder, lungs, arms/wings, fingers, any internal organs, legs, feet, toes, nails. Heads don't qualify because there are bakery items that are made with a head that just don't count. There are minor exceptions. Some bones do qualify, depending on what their description says.

So far, I've spent more than 1 million neopoints on my gallery. I've not even scratched the surface. There are some unbuyable items that i will likely never get. The Bony Grarrl Club is a prime example as well as Skull Marbles, which are retired and incredibly hard to find.
