Neopets Cometh

It seems like everybody's talking about the recent arrival of Neopets merchandise. If you've got a story to share, and would like to tell the rest of Neopia about your experience shopping for Neopets items, then drop us an email - neopetsfeedback@neopets.com.

Here's some of the things that people are saying...

Dear TNT,
My husband and I are both fanatic Neopets players, and because of illness can't go shopping ourselves. I was surfing on the site and found out plushies are being sold at Toys 'R' Us. We have that store in the Netherlands as well. So, finally a chance of getting a plushie of our own!

But since we can't go there ourselves, I mailed my sister and parents asking them if they would be so kind to buy each of us a plushie, since they live near a store. I don't know if they will do it, but just the thought of being able to get one is great! Thank you very much!

Hey there TNT!
I just got back from Target and with me I brought home two AWESOME new plushies: a striped Xweetok and, to my surprise, I got the last strawberry Usul they had in stock! I thought all the limited edition plushies would have been snatched up right away.

I was so excited when I heard you finally released proper plushies to Australia, and I REALLY hope you continue to release them over here too. The Halloween Acara is spiffy. ;) It looks so awesome. I really hope I can get my hands on one.

I have over 60 Neopets plushies from when they were at McDonald's alone, and a very nice collection of TCG cards (my personal favourite being Calabrus, the cloud Aisha). Neopets is such a fantastic site, you guys have really outdone yourself with how awesome you've made the customization, games, and the actual site itself.

Thank you for making such a wonderful place to retire to after homework and chores ^.^

Dear Neopets,
Neopets series 3 plushies recently came out to Australia and I, for one, was thrilled! I can hardly wait until Neocash cards and other merchandise are available here too.

So far I have collected 1/2 of series 3 merchandise and hope to collect more soon. Thanks for making Neopets.com so fun and entertaining!

I have been playing since late 2002 after noticing a few others in my grade playing Neopets in the computer lab at school. I have been addicted ever since! Although there's been changes (some good, some bad) I will still stick with you guys until I'm done with college and can apply for a job there. xP

I have collected Neopets plushies since I joined. More specifically: Kougras. Right now I have most of the Kougra plushies (minus the 2003-04 jumbo's) and the collection keeps on growing. I also have Kougra figures, the electric talking Kougras, and many of the other fun non-plush items released between 2002-2006. :)

I also collected all of the Mcdonald's toys from both times; I even gathered spare un-opened Mcdonald's toys, anticipating Neopets' 3rd arrival at the fast food resturaunt. I know now that Burger King is the future of Neopets toys in kids meals; I won't be collecting them from there... just the Kougras. :)

Oh, forgot to mention -- I do have about 10 non-Kougra plushies, as well. :P

I figured that after 6 or so years of playing on Neopets, I might as well give some well-deserved feedback. :) When I was younger and first found Neopets, I remember my great-grandmother taking me to Limited Too, and I bought a Kougra t-shirt and an assortment of plushies.

Six years later, I obviously can't fit into my shirt anymore, but I hung it on my wall, not only as a tribute to my grandmother, but to Neopets for making the site and the merchandise. Thanks so much for all the great things you do!

Dear Neopets,
Both me and my brother collect and love Neopets merchandise! Our first ever plushies were the yellow and red Myncis from McDonald's. After a few years, we took a trip to the U.S. and went to a Target and got some series 1 plushies! We got a yellow Kacheek, cloud Kougra, speckled Acara, and pink Bruce.

Later on we found out that the plushies came to Canada, and we were SO excited and bought many, many Series 3 plush! We also can't wait until series 4 come out! Plushies aren't the only stuff we have, we also bought a few Neopets collector figurines, NC Cards, and many issues of the Neopets Magazine!

Wait, that's still not all! We also love the trading cards you guys made, we have both the old TCG and the new Collectible cards. And since we couldn't get enough of the plush, we bought many old Limited Too plushies on some auction sites such as pirate Blumaroo, orange Yurble, rainbow Kacheek, shadow Gelert, and many more. We also bought a few Neopets books, the Neopets board game and the PSP Petpet Adventures game!

My brother's favourite plushies are the McDonald's green Kacheek and mini Snowickle. My favourite are all the Kacheeks we have, McDonald's green Kacheek, Key Quest green Kacheek, yellow Kacheek, an old island Kacheek, an old rainbow Kacheek, and our big interactive talking Blue Kacheek! And I can't wait until we get our hands on the new Halloween Kacheek!

We've now started to go to BK for the cool Kids Meals toys.

Thank you so much for making this great site and such great merchandise! Keep up the good work!

Sincerely,
Yipeng26

I was born in December of 1999 and I first joined when I was four but lost my pass, so I guess you can say I'm a "hidden Neopets veteran." I was immediately hooked, although puzzled as to what they did. I decided to be a collector, though I don't have many toys.

I currently do have a faerie Aisha, a blue Elephante, an island Kacheek, a plastic red Kougra, and a Lupe knight puzzle (it wasn't blue like Jeran; I wonder who it was?). Neopets has always been an awesome website and always will be!
