Clean up your picture by erasing all your extra lines. Then draw in the basic shape of the eyes, nose and mouth.
Remove some more of your guidelines and start to add detail such as nails, wrinkles around the eyes and more shape to the nose.
Draw in the Tax Beast's sharp teeth, horns and pupils. Then draw the inside of his ear and erase some of your extra lines.
Fill in the nose and pupil with a solid colour, then draw the basic outline of the Tax Beast's bag of stolen Neopoints.
