The main premise I am using here, is that most people would rather make friends than enemies, and that if you can understand the following basic, sensible suggestions, you're less likely to make the kind of mistakes that may prevent you from making friends! The list of points in this petpage, and the explanations that follow, are offered here as a set of general guidelines for polite and respectful neoboard interaction.
