Chapter 7: Embers of Hope
The gang seems to be in an unorganised panic about what to do next. In order to help them all calm down Tavi makes some tea and tells them all a story about her past.

*sniffle* You’ve never told me that before.
Tavi
It’s a time I’m still working through I guess.
Baelia
You’re a great friend Tavi! *sniffle*

Aww thanks B, but that wasn’t really the point of my story.
Nyx
There was no point to the story! Look, I am sorry for what you went through, but all this is doing is delaying me. I should be finding Ozzy right now!

And Nyx, I know we can’t understand what you must be going through, but charging forward in the state you are in won’t help anyone. You need to slow down and give yourself time. We can figure something out, I’m sure of it!

As for me… I… I still can’t recall much about my past life, but I know the pain of loss and how debilitating it can be.

I also know the joy of finding new friends and starting over, and it helps… to know that others have survived through something similar.

Oh wow, Lux, my story wasn’t that insightful… I just thought it might help everyone calm down and focus…
