The 3-Horned Kau
by mojavecourier (Mill)
This poem, inspired by my Mutant Kau, is for anyone who felt like they were in the “wrong” body. We are all exactly where we were meant to be. Customise your body at will, but know everyone is worthy of love as is!

There once was a 3-Horned Kau,
Who wanted the story how,
She started a cutie,
But ended up mutie,
So Mom promised to tell how.

"My child," she said, "please don't fret.
They say- you get what you get.
We don't choose our vessel,
And often we wrestle,
to be the 'right' Neopet."

"But no two pets are the same,
So there's no need to feel shame.
If you want, cut your fur,
Hide your horn if you’re sure.
Just know you’re cutie by name!”

And now the Kau with 3 Horns
feels good and no longer mourns
A less hairy body,
A pair of horns less gaudy,
Instead, embracing all thorns.
