All of the Faerie Dolls have been released in one way or another over the last few years (plot prizes, goodie bags, Quest Log, etc) EXCEPT the Earth Faerie Doll. Are there any plans to bring her out? ~ talkingghosts

Who is in charge of judging the hastag neopets creative contest? How is the number of winners determined per contest? It was surprising to see a low number of winners selected for Neo York compared to Usuki Couture, especially after seeing so many brilliant entries shared by other users. ~ winner19955

The #NEOPETS Contest is judged by a panel of judges (separate from our beloved contest_judge) on the Neopets marketing team. The number of winners varies based on the number of entries, and our debut Usuki Couture contest had four times the number of entries! However, TNT Castella took time over her weekend to add in a few additional winners for this round and update the page, so check them out. If you don’t see the piece you were hoping for on there, we encourage everyone to enter future contests as we’ll be having a very exciting early birthday-themed round in October! ~~TNT Luna

Hi TNT! Thanks for allowing side pets to once again be entered into the Customisation Spotlight! I was looking over the rules though, and would love some clarification on one. Currently when asking about side pets being entered, the rules state "During regular Customisation Spotlight rounds, you may enter using a pet from one of your side accounts." The wording makes it sound as if only 1 of our side pets is allowed. Is that the case, or are we allowed to enter 1 or more from each side account? ~ kaydenkiss

During regular Customisation Spotlight rounds (e.g. non-themed rounds that do not award the physical item prizes) you can enter Pet(s) from your side account(s). We will update the FAQ to reflect this! ~~ TNT Luna
