An Invitation to the Chocolate Ball

The Chocolate Ball is a favourite of mine
When everything tastes just oh-so-fine
Smooth as butter and warm on the tongue
Everyone's just dancing and having fun

If you've never attended, you're in for a treat
The venue is lovely, and the refreshments are sweet
You needn't be Chocolate, and tickets are free
Everyone's welcome, so come along with me!

First thing is first, you must grab a cup
Stop at the fountain and fill it up
Take a sip right away to get in the mood
And then it's right along to pick up some food

There are cakes, there are biscuits, lollies and more
Chocolate-dipped fruits in varieties galore
There are odd things like cabbages, pizza, and cheese
Chocolate burgers, and hot dogs, even chocolate turkeys

If you're brave, you can try a bit of it all
May I recommend the Chocolate Shoyru Meatball?
Not interested? Well, why don't we go through this door
And boogie on down on the polished dance floor!

It's an evening of elegance, as we all twirl about
A singular experience, I have no doubt
We'll remember it all, even when we're old and grey
The Chocolate Ball - an unforgettable day!
