Would you ever consider creating a simple spelling bee style or word guessing style game for the companion app? Basically, using the Neopian dictionary, you enter letters to guess a word, or try to see how many Neopian words you can create with the letters provided? I play daily non-Neopian versions of this game and would much rather do that daily in the companion app instead! ~banahna

Hi TNT! Thanks for always taking the time to clarify rules in the Editorial. It really helps the community. In a previous Editorial, it was mentioned that side accounts shouldn’t be used for 1P Battledome because those battles can award NP and item drops. That makes sense. However, 2P battles don’t give any rewards at all. Would it be okay to use a side account for PvP battling only? Just wanted to make sure this type of use would be allowed. Hello! I recently ran into an item called Millennia Egg. It seems to be a variation or reference to "century eggs", a food commonly found in Asian cuisine. It is delicious in congee, but definitely something not many people worldwide have tried! I saw that the Neopets item is classified as "Gross Food" which made me a little sad. Could we celebrate this unique real-world food by changing the Millennia Egg's item category to NOT be Gross Food? Or perhaps add a new food so it's clear that the gross part is the extra aging? Hi Adler, in the previous issue’s Editorial, you mentioned that with Poetry being combined with the NT, future Poetry contest winners will get BOTH the Poetry trophy and the NT trophy. This feels extremely unbalanced and unfair to those who are accepted to the NT with their articles, series, short stories, and comics. Those writings are much bigger and longer than what could be a 16 line poem. So if someone was just looking to get easy prizes, they would just write a short poem and get two trophies (and I’m assuming two prizes too?). This might cause more issues if implemented. I hope TNT can reconsider this! ~weiyannn

Now that Poetry is to be lumped into the Neopian times, will each NT have only poems of the theme days since the last edition? Or will poems of any theme now be accepted for every edition? ~mooseydoom101
Hi mooseydoom101! With Poetry moving to Neopian Times, we have considered how this would affect theming. If the NT issue is themed, we will include submissions related to that theme. If it is a normal edition of NT, we will accept random themes. We hope this will give poets more creative freedom! ~~ Adler

With the storytelling competition going to once a month, how long will we have between story submissions? ~jdb1984
Hello jdb1984! With Storytelling being once a month, the contest will run as normal in terms of length. For example, Storytelling for March will start on the 16th and run until the 27th (10 parts with 1 daily each business day, starting on a Monday and ending on a Friday as usual); note that if there are any statutory holidays, the length would be reduced. Here is the tentative schedule for the next six months:

March 16-27

April 13-24

May 18-29

June 15-26

July 13-24

August 17-28
