A pale hand reached out from under a blanket and then fired a purple blast of dark magic at the ringing alarm clock. Not a moment later, the annoying device exploded into a million tiny pieces from the blast. "Spite!" the dark faerie shouted out, ripping the blanket away. "You set your alarm clock too early!"
