The Storytelling Competition is notoriously EXTREMELY difficult to get into and there seems to be a very small group of the same users who get in every single time. I would like to plead with staff to only allow the same user to be featured in the Storytelling Competition once per story. This would align with the rules for the other creative contests, such as Poetry and Art Gallery and even the Neopian Times, that only allow the same user to be featured once per issue/theme. In the current story, there are TWO different users that have both been featured twice. There are a lot of players, including myself, that enter every single day and have never been featured. It is extremely frustrating and disheartening to spend hours on entries, just to constantly get rejected while others are getting chosen multiple times for the same story. PLEASE consider making this very overdue change to the Storytelling Competition.~barrelchic22

We always try to accept new user submissions when we can, however, there are multiple factors that also play into this such as the number of received submissions per day, whether the content is original/non-AI and the continuity of the plot based on the previous entry. Because Storytelling is spread out over two weeks, users may only win twice per story period. This is in line with other contests. If you find your entry being repeatedly denied, please ensure you’re not using a third-party grammar or spellchecker as this can trigger our AI detection. Thank you! ~~Adler

Salutations, TNT. A few of us over at the Pound Chat were having a discussion about trading an untaken pet name for another pet that already exists. Would this be against the rules? Can you neomail someone a list of untaken pet names as an offer on an existing pet? If they happen to like one of the names, could you -legally- trade them the untaken name for their pet? Hello there! Pets can only be directly traded for other existing Neopets, for both users' protection. Since there is risk with offering untaken names that can possibly be created by ANY user within the time it takes to come to a trade agreement, we don’t recommend offering or accepting trades like this until the pet is actually created. ~~Fae

Hello TNT! I was featured in a comic in NT Issue 1031, alongside a Neofriend of mine and the comic artist. The comic artist was the one who submitted the entry, and when you click the NT Trophy on their lookup or search the NT archive for their username, the Comic will show up in the search, but when you search my or my neofriend's username, that comic never appears with our names on it. It's not a huge deal for me, since I have multiple NT Trophies, but this is my NF's first entry and when you click the Trophy on their userlookup, nothing shows up. It's like the Comic never existed to begin with. Is there a way to fix it? Taking into consideration that the Trophy count is corrent for us ... Please remove my username.~darkobsession

Hello, TNT! Could we please get a separate tab on the News page for NC Mall news? Or have "Latest News" and "NC Mall News" side-by-side with separate scrollbars, perhaps? There are days where there is almost no actual news and the entire page just gets clogged up with NC Mall news. "And even more NC Mall news! But wait, there's even more NC Mall News!!" with giant images of everything. It's a bit overwhelming and it makes it hard to go back and find the regular news article you're looking for.
