Game nights are always a good idea. You learn a lot about each other while creating lifelong bonds and memories in the process. These long days and nights full of laughter and inside jokes are the ones you will always look back on together no matter where in life you end up.
What turns a good game night into a great game night is amazing food and drinks – but if you really want to make a great game night into the perfect game night then you want to make a themed and immersive experience for your guests.
The first thing you are going to want to think about is when your party is. Certain games make sense for a certain time of year; if you were wanting to host something around the Day of Giving that party would look different from a party around Halloween or Valentine’s Day. A game night in the Month of Sleeping will likely look vastly different from one in the Month of Swimming.
