Hi, TNT! I'm a collector of brucicles. Ideally, at least one of each kind—but unfortunately, the Cloudy Brucicle and Brucicle Making Kit items seem to have disappeared sometime around 2011, and at this point have become unobtainable. Is there any hope of a re-release in the Quest Log or for a future site event?? ~beruhm

Hi TNT, Can we just address the issue of region locking avatars? We understand the need for the site to make money, but releasing avatars that are region locked to US/Canada makes it highly unfair to the rest of us. How is this going to be addressed moving forward? I really hope that you will respond to this one. Thanks. ~ anonymous

The majority of new avatars we have released for special events such as PAX East, SDCC, and the Neo York Pop-Up are lendable, so try seeking out a loan on the boards! In select instances, we may have business and legal obligations to our licensees and merchandising partners to keep lucrative items exclusive, but we have made a conscious effort in recent releases to keep things accessible.

Hi there! I noticed that on the Chilli and Cheese Jacket Potato, the item category is "Hot Dog". Upon further research, there are a few other jacket potatoes that are also classified as "Hot Dog" while others are just "Food". Is there a reason that a potato is a hot dog and a potato? If so, then what is a hot dog if not a potato then? ~xdem0nxch1ldx

Hi! We totally get why this may be confusing but essentially a category can also pertain to the specific shop that they are sold out of. We've had so many hot dogs releas over the years that some are sold out of Neopian Fresh Foods, while some are sold out of Hubert's Hot Dogs. This is why it could show up differently depending on the item! If you're looking for a delicious jacket potato, I recommend the elusive Deluxe Jacket Potato from Hubert's! *jots down note to consider making a potato hot dog*

Hi Guys! I'm super excited for a lot of the changes that have come to the Customisation Contest! But I have a question for more clarity when entering the contest. When You enter the contest with a Pet, does your Pet have to wear the same outfit the entire week? Does it take the outfit it's wearing at the time of entering? Or is it the outfit the Pet is wearing when the contest starts? I love to dress up and change my Pet's outfits pretty often so I'd love to know when exactly I should have my Pet dressed up to show off! Thanks so much! :) ~astrogalaga

I love checking out the poems, but since the switch to the NT it looks like poems are not being displayed properly, without the line breaks! Please fix the poetry format, or at least let us know us poets what to do in the submission form to make them look correct! ~mooseydoom101

Hi mooseydoom101! We've received lots of feedback about Poetry since it's moved over to Neopian Times, and rest assured, we are actively looking for ways to improve it! While we do not currently have a fix for formatting, we are actively looking into it.

We are, however, happy to report that after many requests, the character limit for entering the Poetry contest has been reduced from 250 characters to 150 characters. We hope this helps in the meantime and that we can update you all with a formatting solution soon!

I just want to tell you how exciting it is to see the return of NP pet day items!! Ixi Day items were amazing, and I'm super excited to see the return of these for other pet days as well. Peophin day was awesome. They definitely add to the pet day excitement, and they're a wonderful gift to collectors of all stripes.
