Ryachelle was feeling blue. And not just because she was a Grey Gnorbu and always looked blue (or well, grey), but she was definitely feeling down today. It was her brother’s birthday, and Ryachelle’s owner had just gifted him with a beautiful Schnelly painted water to match his look. That, combined with the carrot-themed slippers and robe that her other siblings had given him (Ryachelle had only given him a token birthday card that she had signed herself), had left Ryachelle feeling mopey. She knew she was supposed to be celebrating her brother on his special day, but just seeing Baryan with his new Schnelly made her feel lower than ever. After a few hours of watching Baryan playing with his new Petpet (which he had named Fizzy) and flouncing around in his robe and slippers, Ryachelle managed to slip out on her own onto the streets of Neopia. She liked to walk when she wasn’t feeling her best and brightest, and she soon found herself passing the usual shops and businesses. The food shop and the book shop were two places...
