The Editorial section has changed. To make it more useful to everybody we have decided to take the most frequently asked questions we receive each week here so you can get a thorough answer straight away from one of the creators of NeoPets. Here are the most frequently asked questions NeoPets support received this week:

1 - I'm under 13, when will you have sponsors that I can join?
If you are under 13 you cannot sign up with any of our sponsors. This is according to COPPA laws, we cannot change this. We will be adding lots of ways for under 13 year olds to participate, get extra neopoints and challengers for the NeoPets Battledome very shortly.

2 - When will AlphaTesting begin for the NeoPets BattleDome?
Apologies for the delay, the alpha testing will start in the next few days. The launch was delayed as we found several bugs when we did in house testing. We want to get all known bugs fixed before we open the Battledome up for furthur testing.

3 - Who will BattleDome testers be fighting, so that they don't have an unfair advantage??
The alpha testers will be fighting each other only. They will not be able to challenge non-testers and any battles fought are just practice sessions for when the Neopian Battledome officially launches.

4 - How do I relocate my shop to Mystery Island?
To move your shop to Mystery Island simply go to the 'edit my shop' page and choose move to Mystery Island from the drop down menu.

5 - When will the Mystery Island market place be on the Island map?
The Island market place will be added to the map today. The map is being redrawn at this moment.
