The Battledome: How To Prepare For It

The Battledome will most probably change the NeoPets site forever, but are we all ready for it? Are we collecting weapons and armour to boost our pets, and if we are, are we making the right choices on which ones? Are our pets smart enough? Have you been reading them stories, and have we been feeding them? And most of all, do YOU know what the Battledome is all about? I intend to answer all of those questions, and to help you choose the right weapons, and how to organise your spending budget.

Firstly, there is the matter of finding challengers. You need to find challengers to fight you in the Battledome. I have found most of my challengers around the haunted wood, and in some of the newer places. Try to find as many as you can, because the more the better!

For each pet, buy at least two defence items and two attack items. You should not try to spend more than 2000 NP on each pet. Next, buy toys and pets for you pets to make them happier, and give them lots of books and food. And don't forget about your other principals, too.

The one good way to gain money is through a shop, so stock your shop up with cheap, not necessarily great, but good, weapons and armour. Remember, you won't be the only one in the Battle arena!

The next bit of training needed for your pet is at the school on Mystery Island. Put each pet on a training program and see how they go on. After your pet is strong, get a faerie to bless it.
