1 - Why are all the NeoPets being changed? Not all of the NeoPets are being changed, only a few are. The ones that are changing are simply getting their pictures redrawn so they will look as good as the Battledome versions. The Pets are still the same as they always were, they are just getting a more up to date picture. 2 - When will the Battledome be open? We are all working towards launching the Battledome on our 1 year anniversary on the 15th November. It will be open for beta testing very soon and we will keep you updated with our progress. 3 - I signed up for a sponsor but my challenger wasn't activated! All challengers have been tested and they worked fine for us. If you have had a problem with a certain sponsor please email support@neopets.com stating your username, what sponsor you had problems with and what browser you are using. 4 - Can we activate challengers if we've already signed up with the sponsors? Yes, you can. You will need to follow the directions on the Battledome Challengers page to activate your challenger. 5 - When are we going to be able to use gift items? At the moment you can only give gifts to your neofriends. Soon you will be able to use gifts that have been given to you. 6 - I am sick of getting sent shop adverts from other users, how can I stop this? A new feature has been added to NeoMail where you can only recieve messages from your neofriends. To enable this option go to NeoMail and click on the block senders link. You can either block certain individuals or stop anybody other than your neofriends contacting you.
