Lost and Found

Part One

My beautiful, newly striped Wocky, Emini, was at the computer, typing out an e-mail to the friend she had been emailing for some time. Somehow, I thought, she looks guilty, as if she did something she wasn't supposed to do. I put it out of my mind, thinking I was just tired. After all, it had been a big day! I made lots of money in my shop, painted two of my pets, and bought lots of stuff. I yawned, and went to sleep, with my four pets beside me. The next day, we were going to go to the Mystery Isle, but my Totems seemed to have disappeared. We decided to go to the space port instead. I gave each of my pets a little bit of money to spend, and we split up.

Bleeb, my Nimmo, went to the food court to eat at Grundo's. Amarina, my Jubjub decided she wanted to look at the pets up for adoption at the Space Adoption Center. My newly purple Zafara, Roxzie, went to look at armour. Emini just kind of wandered around, until I lost sight of her. That was the last time I saw her that day.

"Where did Emini go?" I asked. My pets looked thoughtful, remembering the day. "I think I saw her at the Technology Center using one of the computers. She might have been emailing her friend," suggested Bleeb.

"What do you know about this friend?" I demanded. Emini had never shared anything about them with me. Obviously, she shared more with the others, than me.

"All I know, is that she is a blue Chia named Daisy_Blossom. Emini emailed her with all kinds of things about herself, like where she lived, her hobbies, stuff like that. She even sent a picture to them!" said Amarina.

"I spied on her yesterday, when she was e-mailing. She told Daisy that the 'plans were set' to 'dispose of the wood.' I didn't understand it," said Roxzie, shrugging.

"Why don't we just look for her? That's the only-" I interrupted her with a cry.

"She took the Totems! Emini had plans with someone to steal our Totems, then suggest we come here! But...why?"

My thoughts were interrupted by a scream....
