I'm the mom of 3 teenagers; we all play Neopets. I maintain that insanity is hereditary--I got mine from my kids. They disagree, saying that they're all that keep me even vaguely tethered to reality.

I live in an anthropomorphic universe. If you choose to consider your neopets mere pixels, that's fine. Mine, however, have complicated personalities and rich, detailed lives.

The pets: Albert, Susie, Grufphey and Auntie Fluff are not and never will be up for trade or adoption. (My teenagers are a different matter...)

• Neomail: I love it. Albert and sibs do too. We will try to answer promptly. If my Inbox is full, just throw a rock my way--mossy, volcanic, pet--your choice. ;)
• Battledome Challenges: I'm a little picky here. Albert is retired, and accepts challenges only on special occasions--sparkshooters or snowballs at 10 paces are his preferred weapons, depending on the occasion. Susie and Auntie don't battle at present. Grufphey is currently league 9 and will accept challenges, but it's best to send Neomail first to schedule a time for the fight--I may not be online when you are, otherwise.
• NeoFriend Requests: I love having neofriends with whom I can chat, even if it's only occasionally. But if we don't have something in common, I won't accept the request. How to tell? Please be prepared to exchange Neomail several times, on more than a single neo-day before I make a decision.
• KeyQuest: I don't play anymore; not a loss, as I was never very good.

Current goals: continue training Grufphey, upgrade Grufphey's Battle Set, try not to go broke.

My dream pets: Achieved: Albert_D_Fluffmeyer and Grufphey are dreamies for me, though I'm stll searching for Grufphey's dream peptpet. My JubJub army are actually Albert's dreamies--I'm just in charge of recruitment. Susie_Q_Fluffmeyer is a dreamie finally achieved thanks to a Pirate Krawk Potion and an FFQ. Weejums finally was painted Halloween. Yet to be achieved: Waiting for TNT to allow draiks to be painted elderly so I can paint Auntie fluff. I occasionally see a paintjob I really like, but the truth is that I don't spend enough time online anymore to pursue any dreamies.
