When it comes to Neopets, Lord Darigan is by far my favorite Neopets character. Therefore I love everything connected with those plots. If you've read anything of what I have in the Neopian Times, you probably had come to that conclusion. ^_^
Books: I like to read a lot. I enjoy both fantasy and science fiction. Some of my favorites are Wheel of Time, Lord of the Rings, and the Star Wars novels. A few of my favorite authors are Diana Wynne Jones, Timothy Zahn, and Terry Pratchett. It doesn't end there by any means, though. I'm quite a bibliophile--listing ALL of my favorites would be impossible here. So if you've read a good book, send me a neomail and see if perhaps I've read it as well!
Video Games: Next to reading, writing, and the computer, my next favorite hobby is playing video games. Other than educational and sports games, I like pretty much all genres, so feel free to neomail me ranting about your favorite game, or whatever! ^_^ I especially like games in the RPG and adventure genres.
Movies: A few of my favorite movies are Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl, Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, Ladyhawke, Galaxy Quest, Angels With Dirty Faces, and Arsenic and Old Lace.
TV: I like older TV shows, so I watch TV Land a lot. Some of my favorite shows are Green Acres, Lost In Space, and Get Smart.
Music: I like a wide range of music. The groups I listen to range from the B-52's to Iced Earth, so you know that spectrum includes a lot of stuff! Some of my particular favorites are Pink Floyd, Midnight Oil, and The Monkees. I'm currently going through a Monkees-obsessed phase. ^_^
Other: A few other things you might want to know... I love writing, and I'm currently working on a book. Another "hobby" of mine is ranting, so if you get me on a topic that gets me going...beware. ^_^ On a similar note, there are several issues that I have strong opinions on, and while I'm not a confrontational person by any means (quite the opposite; in person I'm fairly shy and unsociable), you probably don't want to start an argument with me, because I'll refuse to give in. However, I try my best to be a nice and friendly person (although I do have a sometimes dark sense of humor...hehe, nothing wrong with that). Some might call me crazy, but I personally prefer "eccentric." ^_^ And for the rest...ah, just neomail me and find out for yourself what I'm like!
