Hi, I'm Jaylie, bookworm, daydreamer, student, aspiring writer, and trip-over-my-own-feet-er (yes, I know that's not a real word. Don't judge me!). My only fixed interests are reading and writing; I tend to go through phases of obsessing over other stuff like kung fu, dragons, mysteries,medieval times, and fantasy. Speaking of fantasy, I'm a big fan of Brian Jacques, C.S. Lewis, and Dr. Seuss, and I LOVE the Lord of the Rings movies.

As a result I have a rather large family: Dainileai, June, Rex, and Wingreski, McNabb, Jiopuyd, Dregiyop, Tiger aka Arthena, Roxias, Avatar, Babbles, Gus, Mothwings, and Firebox aka Chrystal. There's also Grandpa Tobi, an old korbat who lives with us. Trouble seems to follow us everywhere, hence the surname "Elbuort"- trouble backwards. We get into lots of misadventures, several of which have been written down. I hope to publish some in the Neopian Times someday.
