Fang Manor, a dark and shady palace on the edge of the town of Neovia. Within its walls reside Cardinal Vladimir and Anastasia Fang, a very mysterious couple. Only part of the most exclusive of social circles, not much is known of the two, except that they own vast amounts of wealth. Many well-to-do Neopians are invited to dine with the Fang family at their estate, but the only one ever seen exiting is Alrenn, a Blumaroo friend of the family for many years.
