UPDATE, APRIL 11: Televinita has been abruptly restored to my power 2.5 months after submitting a secondary ticket. Unfortunately, I did not write down the ticket number of the request I sent in on December 25 about the status of the other two, when I did not have a Neo account at all, and I have not gotten a response regarding them. This will remain my main until I get my original account back. I've gotten kind of used to it here, despite my protests.
