Welcome fellow Neopian my my userlookup. My name is Kayla. I'm a web designer, author, artist, musician, surfer, skater, and gamer. Currently I am a Junior in high school and I am working towards becoming the Drum Major of the Marching Band. A Drum Major is an honorable title and it means you run the entire band alongside the director. You conduct the field performances and spin the baton in the parades. Hopefully I will have that title when I am a senior (which is approaching pretty swiftly).

I enjoy reading, writing, and roleplaying. Needless to say, I love being creative and making up a story. Hopefully when I am older I'll have a few books published, I'm actually working on a novel at the moment, but it's still in the where do I go with this? phase. I'm kinda at a writer's-block, but I'll work through it.

In my spare time, I enjoy to game, surf, skate, and dabble on my guitar/flute/piano. At the moment I'm learning to play "You Found Me" by The Fray on the piano. It's one of my favorite songs, and one that I'd recommend you listen to if you haven't heard of it.

Here on neopets, I'm a sorta-known site owner. I run the site Asura and I am debating on if I should continue with the idea for my other site, #hashtags. Both are community-driven and require Neopian support, which makes it a bit difficult to keep them running.
