Maybe by the time you read this, I too will have a fair number!=) UPDATES: Stats: 535,444,429; 908,674,576; 1234,752,676 (4/11/09); 1815,825,700 (15/4/10); finally hit 2000 HP - 2000, 850, 725, 1000 (1/1/2011). After years of training and caring for Ahchickenrice (who's been with me since my first day on Neo), Ahchickenrice has made it to being one of the Top 100 Pets in Neopia! 2455, 870, 740, 1440 (1/3/2011).

A message: One of my saddest regrets in Neo is not being able to paint my pet in time before the big conversion. As I'm not *that* good at making Nps, I'd always believed in making an effort to use Nps carefully; I wanted to concentrate on Ahchickenrice's growth and to invest in a few chosen items first. This meant that I didn't spend money on expensive paintbrushes or morphing potions - thinking that I should save up until I had more one day. So I worked hard and saved, and saved, and saved, for that one day when I could finally feel that I deserved to buy an expensive paintbrush. Unfortunately that day never came, because one day, pets were changed forever. And with that the chance was gone, just like that.

In case anyone misunderstands, let me say that I think many of the converted pets are really very adorable. It's not that I dislike converted pets. It's just that for me the Neo-past is very much a part of why I still play Neo, and I just wish I could have some of those original, uncoverted pet looks that I dreamt of so much in the past because it would mean having a piece of the past and a piece of a dream.

I can't change the past, but I hope that perhaps I might be given a second chance. If you're thinking of adopting out an uncoverted pet, I hope you consider me.
