Have you ever sat next to that one guy? You know, the one who tends to always bring attention to himself, or simply act downright obnoxious? How about one who always feels the need and uses as many opportunities as possible to boost his ego? No 
still? Well, you're about to find out. Ragz pretty much hangs around suburban Shenkuu, his place of birth and where he grew up. He mostly comes and goes as he pleases, giving anyone who will allow him a hard time. He also isn't a real malicious guy, so he rarely does anything out of spite. He does make up for it in other ways though…
Temper: He's er…tolerable as long as you don't get into an argument with him. If you do, it is recommended that you have several pages of scrap paper and your sanity intact. His quirkiness which ranges from muttering to himself under his breath and his obsession with puzzle cubes.
