Being the official bodyguard of Sweety, he has a tendency to be very protective of her. Not just because it's his job, but also because he's grateful for being personally hired by her, as before he was living on the streets. The fact that they're close, childhood friends might have helped. Since she's made her own band and moved out from her parent's estate, Hai has become a manager of sorts, insisting that he handle all the 'serious stuff'. In his efforts to protect Sweety, he unintentionally harms her by making sure she doesn't have to deal with consequences, and therefore she never learns, but he'd rather have someone he sees as a sister not get hurt. He's generally loyal to everyone he befriends, even seeing them as 'family', and as far as he knows, his friend's friends as as good as his friends. As long as you're not a threat to Sweety, or anyone he considers himself close to in general, he's rather cool and friendly.
He's not embarrassed to admit that he spoils Albay, and that the Albat is even his 'baby'.
