Step 1

Aim: stay at level 115 until Str and def are 115*2 (230)

Step 2

Aim: train level 120 For every level Def*2 and Str*2 HP*2

BECAREFUL WITH QUESTS THAT LEVEL UP, LeveL over 120 = 1 EXTRA CODESTONE

STEP 3

BEFORE MOVING ON TO Expert 121-150 6 codestones 12 hours

Aim: train HP to 300 (150*2=300)

(why? you can train your endurance to three times your level. However, if you wish to train any of the other attributes, you will need to train your level to within half of your endurance.

Summary: Before moving on to Expert (lvl 121-150) Yileys stats should be
