A world beneath a willow tree
Where family guards him wordlessly
And sprout babies come out to play
And keep him company all the day
A mother watches still as stone
Over her child til he's grown
Sleeping at his side by night
To calm uneasy dreams of fright
A blessing from the willow leaves
Ushered in the faintest breeze
That every color in the wild
Will adorn the orphaned child.
